Submerge is a cannabis-infused sparkling beverage that caters to a variety of consumers. There are flavors with either CBD or THC—something for everyone! The goal of this brand is to make a great-tasting product that can bring people together, including those who may not like alcohol. The packaging is designed to be colorful and inviting, helping to support this vibrant and inclusive brand.

The goal of the brand is to feel vibrant, inclusive, and social. The type-based logo hints at the product by including drops spilling out of the “U” shaped cup. “Sub” is placed slightly lower than the rest of the logo to create more interesting negative space and reinforce the relaxation the consumer feels after drinking the sparkling beverage. The Submerge logo incorporating secondary type is designed for the labels on the cans, while the logo without secondary type is used for all other branding applications.

 

Each flavor label has a different color palette that reflects the ingredients. The brand relies heavily on pattern and the overlapping elements that expand the color palette.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

The final piece of this project is a business-to-business PR package that could be sent to promoters, influencers, and retail buyers. A branded cooler is the perfect solution as it encourages people to crack open a shipped-cold Submerge beverage at their convenience!
